Mr. Ashish Maheshwari, aged 50 years, is a Chartered Accountant. He has been an entrepreneur right from his initial days after becoming a Chartered Accountant in 1993. After dabbling with manufacturing in the initial days, he finally found his calling in Global Trade. Starting from supplying to various importers, Ashish with his vision and hard work has made Balaxi Group into a conglomerate that spans 4 continents. He is one of the founders of Balaxi Group. He is the Visionary of the Group. A person who recognises and appreciates knowledge, discipline, transparency & accountability.

Minoshi Maheshwari, aged 48, is Commerce Graduate. She is having more than 20 years extensive business experiences in Pharmaceutical industry and other allied business fields. She is also one of the Co-founder of Balaxi Group. She has been instrumental in creating the Balaxi Group as we know it today. She is tenacious, persistent and a thought leader for the Group. She is also heading the CSR initiatives for the Group.

Kunal Mahendra Bhakta, aged 38 years, is a Chartered Accountant with more than 11 years of post qualification experience in various capital market related roles. After a stint as a lead analyst with Motilal Oswal as part of their Institutional Research team, he went on to co-found Foster Capital Ventures, where he led and managed various PIPE (Public Investments in Private Entities) situations, adopting a special situations investing approach. As part of Foster, he advised portfolio companies on corporate governance matters, besides strategic issues such as Investor Relations, M&A, Divestitures and Joint Ventures, with a view to unlocking shareholder value. Since 2009, he serves as a Partner with Lastaki Advisors, a mid-market focused investment bank and also heads the Pharma Practice for them. As part of Lastaki, he has successfully executed multiple M&A, Capital Raising and Investor Relations Strategy engagements across sectors. Kunal is also an avid proponent of value investing and has been investing into equities for more than 18 years.

Mr. Gandhi Gamji, aged 51 years, has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Engineering. He has an experience of more than 20 years doing trading in Africa and GCC Countries. He deals in Speciality Chemicals and is having expertise in International Trade. We will be well served with his clarity of thought process, best management practices, compliance of law in its true spirit and adherence to ethical standards for effective corporate governance and sustainable development of the Company.

M.S. Rao, aged 60 years, has a MBA from Asian Institute of Management, Philippines coupled with PG Diploma courses from IIM Ahmedabad, Cornell University and Kansas State University. He joined CGIAR institutions in 2009 as CEO of Cereals System Initiative for South Asia, promoted by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He has a good understanding of global markets and Involved in leading strategy formulation, project leadership, fund raising etc. Previously associated with ITC as Head – New Initiatives, Agri Business Division where he oversaw business of USD 800 mn.

Rakesh Khanna, aged 68 years, is a Chartered Accountant with over four decades of experience in taxation, corporate governance, general and financial management in the industry. Previously worked in various capacities with multinational Companies such as Castrol India, Philips India and was the MD of a listed Company of the Geneva and London based Hinduja Group. He retired as the Founding Partner of Ambit-RSM group. Currently, he is a Director- Olympic Gold Quest and in Companies such as Geecee Ventures, ITI AMC Ltd., Geltec Ltd., etc.
